سياسة الشحن:

يتم شحن جميع الطلبات من مقرنا الرئيسي في القاهرة عبر إحدى شركات خدمات البريد السريع لدينا إلى أي مكان في مصر.

بعد تقديم طلب ، ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني أو رسالة نصية قصيرة تؤكد أننا تلقينا طلبك ونقوم بمعالجته.
لإبقائك على اطلاع بالتقدم المحرز في طلبك ، سنرسل المزيد من إشعارات البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل القصيرة أثناء إرسال طلبك.

هدفنا دائما هو شحن طلبك في أقرب وقت ممكن ، ولكن اعتمادا على الوقت الذي تم فيه تقديم طلبك ومدى انشغالنا ، قد يستغرق شحن طلبك ما يصل إلى 5 أيام عمل من وقت تقديمه.

سياسة الإرجاع:


تستمر سياستنا لمدة 14 يوما. لكي تكون مؤهلا للإرجاع ، يجب أن يكون العنصر الخاص بك غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي تلقيته بها. ولإكمال عملية الإرجاع ، نطلب إيصال الشراء.

بمجرد طلب عودتك ، سيتصل بك الساعي في غضون 5 أيام عمل. ستكون مسؤولا عن دفع تكاليف الشحن لإعادة العنصر الخاص بك.

يمكن استرداد العناصر ذات الأسعار العادية فقط ، وللأسف لا يمكن استرداد العناصر المخفضة أو استبدالها.

Hijab Boutique participated in London Festival as a fashion brand which was an opportunity to showcase our designs to a diverse and engaged audience. The festival was time of joy, community, and cultural celebration. By participating in London Festival, we were able to increase brand visibility and engage directly with potential customers and build relationships within the community.
